Creating Custom Roles and Permissions

One of the many benefits of having an Enterprise plan is that you can create and customize roles to accommodate your business.   

To add a new custom role to your Userpilot Account, go to the Userpilot Web App > Configure > Settings > Team > Teammates > Add Role. 

You can name the role you would like to add and customize the accessibility and limitations of this role within each category. 

By checking the box, this means that you have given this specific role access to that feature. 

Once you're done with choosing the features for the Role, click on the Create button to see the role in your Teammates Dashboard.
