  • Prevented system Back and predictive Back from dismissing dialogs and bottom sheets without completing the experience dismissal flow.
  • Limited NPS to once per screen visit and restored Android 6.0 compatibility in event-processing utilities.

  • Added local storage for offline identify calls, screen views, custom events, Auto Capture events, flow/survey/NPS interactions, and push-notification opens.
  • Added automatic batch sending of stored events in timestamp order when the connection returns, including events saved before an app restart.
  • Added an opt-in setting, disabled by default, to refresh user identity before screen events.
  • Reduced redundant identity updates and automatically re-synced push tokens after identifying a user.
