Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a common tool in the SaaS industry. It measures consumer satisfaction with a company, service, or product.

An NPS survey asks users to rate their satisfaction by asking a simple question. Typically, that question includes the phrase:

  • How likely is it that you would recommend …?
