Overview

In the ordering tab, you can prioritize your mobile content by placing them in sequential order, allowing you to choose which mobile content will be displayed first when two or more mobile content compete to appear in your mobile app at the same time.

Mobile content ordering behavior

  1. You can rearrange the mobile content by editing the number.
  2. Mobile content that requires user action (e.g. a custom event) to occur will still be shown once that action occurs later. However, at this time, if other mobile content are also available to start on the same page, these will show first.
  3. Mobile content that are created more recently will be added to the end of the list and prioritized lower than older mobile content.
  4. Once a mobile content has a status of “Archived”, it will no longer appear within the ordering list.
  5. Once a mobile content is set to be triggered manually or via a link, it will no longer appear within the ordering list.
  6. The ordering list includes only the Carousels and Slideouts.
